About us
An independent, non-governmental organisation working for a world where every business can be trusted.
What we do
We verify genuine businesses, connect them with each other, and stand with them when times are hard.
Membership
Membership is open to genuine businesses in every country, after checks on who owns and runs them.
Consumer protection
Every member promises to deal honestly with its customers. If one doesn’t, we take it up with them, free of charge.
Confirmation links work for 24 hours and only once.
